RENTAL POLICY
Thank you for choosing ES Woodworks for your event rentals! We want to make the process smooth and stress-free, so here’s what you need to know:
Booking & Payment:
Deposit: 50% of the rental cost

If canceled 30+ days before your event, 25% of the deposit + any remaining balance will be refunded.

If canceled 14 or more days before your event, the remaining balance will be refunded.

If canceled within 14 days of your event, no refunds will be issued.
Delivery & Pickup:
🚚 Free Delivery Zone
We offer free delivery and pickup for rentals within St. John's, Mount Pearl, Paradise, Conception Bay South, Torbay, Holyrood, and Bay Bulls.

🚛 Extended Delivery Zone (Additional Fee Required)
For events outside our free delivery area, a delivery fee applies. This includes locations such as Bay Roberts, Tors Cove, and Pouch Cove. Please ensure you select the appropriate delivery fee add-on** at checkout to avoid booking cancellations.

Care & Responsibility:

Rentals can be used outdoors but must be protected from rain, extreme weather, and excessive moisture to prevent damage.

All vinyl decals/signage will be applied by us to ensure proper placement and avoid damage.

You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft while the items are in your care. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

Liability:
ES Woodworks Ltd is not responsible for any injury, damage, or issues resulting from the use of our rental items. Please ensure they are used safely and as intended.
